VIRTUAL and IN-PERSON
Teachers
A $3500 stipend will be provided at the end of the program for the completion of the following requirements listed below. Additionally, teacher participants will need to submit a W-9 to obtain the stipend:
- Completion of online registration, pre-survey, W-9 and consent forms
- Completion of the four environmental health learning modules and submission of associated activities
- Development of environmental health activities for implementation in the Fall, which may involve the inclusion/modification of learning activities
- Assistance with ensuring student completion of learning activities
- Participation in each virtual real time forum and in-person session
Students
Up to $2000 will be provided to students in the following schedule:
- Completion of registration, pre-survey, submission of parental and informed consent and/or assent forms = $200
- Completion of the following modules and submission of artifacts of activity completion:
- Learning Module 1 and Activity = $200
- Learning Module 2 and Activity = $200
- Learning Module 3 and Activity = $200
- Learning Module 4, Submission of Video or Infographic, and Post-Survey = $200
- Regular attendance to in-person sessions and activities held on GSU campus
